摘要
本实验建立了高效液相色谱法测定香瓜中甜蜜素残留量的方法,利用甜蜜素在酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠反应,生成环己醇亚硝酸酯的特性,用正己烷萃取后在高效液相色谱仪上进行检测。结果表明:在设定条件下,甜蜜素在2~64μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,定量检测限为0.1μg/mL,相对标准偏差RSD为1.8%,平均回收率为87%。该方法精密度高,灵敏性好,方便快捷。
A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate residues in muskmelon by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Using sodium cyclamate under the condition of acid react with sodium nitrite,generate cyclohexanol characteristics of nitrous acid ester,with n-hexane extraction after detection in high performance liquid chromatograph.The results showed that it was good linearity over the concentrationg rang of 2 to 64μg,and the limit ofquantification was 0.1μg/mL,the measured precision of the relative standard deviation of the precision was 1.8%,the average recovery rates was 87%under set conditions.This method was applicable to the determination of residues of sodium cyclamate in muskmelon,and this method has high precision,good sensitivity,convenient.
