民族高校开展教育精准扶贫的个案研究——以黔南幼专为例

A Case Study on Accurate Poverty Alleviation through Education in Universities for Nationalities——Taking Qiannan Preschool Education College for Nationalities as an Example

精准扶贫自2013年习近平总书记提出来以后,便成为社会各界关注的焦点。贵州作为精准扶贫的前沿阵地和主战场,充分发挥各级党政机关、企事业等各种力量,向深度贫困地区输出人才、技术、管理、团队和发展思路。高校作为教育扶贫重要力量,应充分发挥人力科技资源优势,助推脱贫攻坚。本文以黔南幼专为例,梳理高校教育精准扶贫的做法和成效,分析存在的问题,提出建议,助推决战脱贫攻坚。

Targeted poverty alleviation was raised by general secretary Xi Jinping in 2013 and became the focus of attention from all walks of life.Guizhou,as the front and main battlefield of targeted poverty alleviation,gives full play to various forces of Party and government organs,enterprises and institutions at all levels,and exports talents,technology,management,teams and development ideas to deep poverty-stricken areas.As an important force of poverty alleviation in education,colleges and universities should give full play to the advantages of human science and technology resources to help them overcome poverty.This paper taking Qiannan Preschool Education College for Nationalities as an example to sort out the practice and effect of targeted poverty alleviation in higher education,analyze the existing problems,puts forward suggestions to boost the decisive battle against poverty.
