补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对患者血清MMP-2、hs-CRP水平的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on MMP-2 and hs-CRP

目的探讨补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其对患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选择2018年1~12月期间惠州市第三人民医院中医科收治的76例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组38例,对照组患者予阿司匹林抗血小板等对症治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合应用补阳还五汤治疗,疗程均为14 d。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,以及血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分为(7.09±1.74)分,明显低于对照组的(9.29±2.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血清MMP-2、hs-CRP水平分别为(51.02±14.24)μg/L、(9.20±2.59)mg/L,明显低于对照组的(63.47±16.35)μg/L、(11.43±2.18)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死能够减轻患者的炎症反应及神经功能缺损程度,其临床治疗效果较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP). Methods Sixty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction, who admitted to Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Third People’s Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2018 to December 2018, were enrolled and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated by aspirin antiplatelet and other symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the treatment of the control group. The course of treatment was 14 days. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores, as well as changes in serum MMP-2 and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was 7.09 ± 1.74,which was significantly lower than 9.29±2.02 of the control group(P<0.05). The serum MMP-2 and hs-CRP in the observation group were(51.02±14.24) μg/L,(9.20±2.59) mg/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding(63.47±16.35) μg/L and(11.43±2.18) mg/L of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can obviously reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction and neurological deficit, and its clinical effect is better.
