抢劫案件侦查的大数据方法及其运用分析

The Analysis of Big Data Method and Its Application in the Robbery Case Investigation

作为一种新的侦查方法,大数据方法被广泛运用于抢劫案件,特别是系列抢劫案件、团伙抢劫案件的侦查。利用抢劫案件发生后通过现场勘查或者其他侦查方法获取的各种侦查要素,运用大数据方法,即数据搜索、数据碰撞、数据挖掘和数据画像进行侦查,常常能够发现案件线索、证据材料,确定侦查方向,甚至能够直接锁定犯罪行为人,侦破抢劫案件。在抢劫案件的侦查中,既要认识到大数据方法的作用与效果,也要认识到大数据方法作用和效果的取得离不开现场勘查等传统侦查方法的支撑和基础性作用。

As a new type of investigation method,the big data method is widely used in robbery cases,especially in series robbery cases and gang robbery cases.Using the various investigative elements obtained through site surveys or other investigative methods after the robbery case,through the big data methods,namely data search,data collision,data mining and data portraits,it is often possible to find case clues,evidence materials,and determine the way of investigation,even directly target criminal actors and detect robbery cases.In the investigation of robbery cases,it is necessary to recognize the role and effect of the big data method,and also recognize that the role and effect of the big data method cannot be achieved without the support and basic role of traditional investigation methods such as site exploration.
