非接触性犯罪的本质是传统犯罪互动的异化或者升级,是借助网络信息技术、无人机技术、机器人和应用力学技术等实现的"犯罪-被害"间接互动关系的犯罪。非接触性犯罪的主要特征包括犯罪互动隐蔽化、犯罪互动便捷化、犯罪互动非现场化和犯罪互动结果增量化。被迫被害犯罪、缺席被害犯罪和交易被害犯罪都能以非接触的方式实现。非接触性犯罪数量有超越传统接触性犯罪数量的趋势,这是由犯罪机会的变化而决定的。非接触性犯罪侦办中存在一系列难点。应当通过转变姿态、优化样态和改变状态等措施加强非接触性犯罪的打击效能。
