警察职业高原现象及应对策略分析

摘要 警察在职业高原期往往出现自我效能感降低、职业认同感缺失、人际关系不稳定和职业倦怠、共情疲劳等现象。个体层面的胜任能力、情绪智力和组织承诺的降低,组织层面的评价机制和职业规划问题以及家庭层面的工作家庭冲突和心理支持不足是主要原因。应从个人、组织和家庭三个层面采取应对措施,帮助警察顺利度过职业高原期。 In the plateau period,the police tend to have such phenomena as decreased self-efficacy,lack of professional identity,unstable interpersonal relationship,job burnout and empathy fatigue.The reduced competency,the emotional intelligence,and the organizational commitment at the individual level,the evaluation systems and the career planning at the organizational level and the work-family conflict and the inadequate psychological support at the family level are the main reasons.Solutions should be taken at the individual,organizational and family levels to help police officers survive their career plateau period smoothly.
