摘要
以加州大学欧文分校慕课项目为研究对象,尝试通过慕课管理者的访谈数据,运用扎根理论剖析各范畴间的内在关系,并得出影响其可持续发展的四大类要素--基础性要素、工具性要素、价值观要素和行动性要素。据此,总结出UCI慕课商业运作的有益经验:挖掘主体优势,努力提升基础性要素的保障性;拓宽研究覆盖,充分发挥工具性要素的助推性;加强人文修养,全面凸显价值观要素的导向性;构建高效模式,大力增强行动性要素的精准性。
With UCI MOOC taken as the research subject, this study attempts to analyze the internal relations among various categories by using the grounded theory through the interview data, and summarize four categories of factors that influence MOOC sustainable development which are basic factors, instrumental factors, values factors and action factors.The excellent experience of UCI MOOC business operation can be summarized, such as tapping the potential of subjects to improve the guarantee of fundamental elements, widening the research coverage to realize the pushing force of instrumental elements, strengthening the human cultivation to stress the guidance quality of value elements, constructing highefficiency mode to intensify the accuracy of action elements.
