摘要
气动盾形闸门由门体钢结构、埋件、气袋、空压系统和闸门控制系统等组成,是利用空气压缩的原理,通过对气袋的充气或排气,实现闸门升起或倒伏,可维持特定的水位高度,并在设计水位内实现任意水位高度的调节,且允许闸门顶部溢流。贵阳市南明河气动盾形闸门规格为60m×8m(宽×高),闸门高度为8m,门顶溢流最大水深为0.205m,即最大挡水头为8.205m,门体及埋件外露金属材料部分采用不锈钢材料,支承结构采用双气囊支承,考虑制造、运输及安装等的因素,门体分节制造安装及运输,单节门体宽度为10m,门体共分为6节。该气动盾形闸门规模创世界纪录协会世界最高的气动盾形闸门纪录,于2013年12月竣工投入运行使用,目前运行情况良好。
Pneumatic shield gate is composed of gate body steel structure,embedded parts,airbags,air compression system and gate control system etc.,this study is to realize the gate rises or lodging by inflating or exhausting the air pocket in accordance with the principle of air compression,which can maintain a water level specified and achieve the regulation of arbitrary level height within the design water level,meanwhile,allowing water flow over the gate top.The pneumatic shield gate of Nanming river in Guiyang City is 60m wide and 8m high,the gate height is 8m,the maximum water depth of gate crest overflow 0.205m,it means the largest block water head is 8.205m,stainless steel materials are adopted in exposed mental material of the gate body and embedded pieces,the supporting structure is supported with double air pockets,considering the factors such as manufacture,transport and installation,the gate section manufacture,installation and transportation,the single section body is determined as 10m,and the gate body is divided into 6 sections all together.The pneumatic shield gate was recorded as the world's highest pneumatic shield gate size in world record association and completed and put into operation in December,2013,at present,in good operational condition.
