摘要
近年来,日本文部省特别重视中小学德育,将其作为一项“特别的教科”纳入学校教育体系,并采取多种有效方法开展德育工作。在日本,中小学的教育目标理念、课程体系、教学内容等各方面都融入了传统文化。主要体现在:重视培养集体主义,培养以忠孝为中心的勤奋友善品质,注重礼节等。对我国中小学德育的启示主要有:采用国家统一性与地方多样化相结合的方式,实行国际视野与本土文化的有效衔接,重视传统文化的实践教学。
In recent years,the Ministry of Culture of Japan attaches great importance to moral education in primary and secondary schools,incorporating it into the school education system as a“special textbook”and adopting various effective methods to carry out moral education.In Japan,the traditional culture has been integrated into primary and secondary education objectives,curriculum system,teaching content and other aspects,which are mainly embodied in the following traditional cultural characteristics:attaching importance to collectivism cultivation,taking loyalty and filial piety as the center,cultivating diligent and good qualities,and paying attention to etiquette.The main enlightenment of moral education in primary and secondary schools in China is as follows:the path of combining national unity with local diversity should be implemented,the effective connection between international vision and local culture should be handled well,and the practical teaching of integrating traditional culture should be emphasized.
