青年教师如何站稳大学讲台——“双主体”视域下“问题链”模式提升思政教学质量 被引量:2

How Do Young Teachers Stand Firmly on the Platform of University——The Model of "Questions Chain" to Improve Ideological and Political Teaching Quality in the Horizon of "Double Subject"

摘要 文章针对当下高校思政理论课出现的学生参与度不高、教学效果不显著等问题,剖析了背后的实质原因。认为主要原因在于新媒体的出现,使得教学走向立体化,知识的拥有与就业非对称,等等。因此,青年教师要站稳讲台,必须具备德行、能力、方法这3种素养。笔者设想,运用基于“双主体”视域下“问题链”模式提升思政教学质量,为青年教师站稳讲台提供路径选择。 In view of the problems such as the low participation of students and the low teaching effect in the ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the underlying reasons.It is believed that the main reason lies in the emergence of new media,which makes teaching three-dimensional,knowledge ownership and employment asymmetric,and so on.Therefore,in order to stand on the stage,young teachers must have three qualities:virtue,ability and method.The author conceives that the mode of“problem chain”based on the perspective of“two subjects”can be used to improve the quality of ideological and political teaching,so as to provide a path choice for young teachers to stand on the platform.
