摘要
教育部本科教学工作审核评估突出高校的办学主体与责任主体地位,重点考察学校内部质量保障体系的运行有效度。文章通过分析审核评估对高校内部教学质量保障体系的新要求,以审核评估整改为契机,提出了完善高校内部教学质量保障体系的4点建议:完善组织机构,明确质量保障主体责任;做好制度“废、改、立、释”,确保质量保障体系有效运行;用好教育大数据,实现质量保障体系的闭环顺畅运行;建设质量文化,提高质量保障体系运行的协同性。
Audit Assessment of Undergraduate Education proposed by the MOE highlights the main body of colleges and universities in running subject,and focuses on the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system.Base on the analysis of the new requirements of internal quality assurance system in colleges and universities caused by audit assessment,this paper puts forward four suggestions for improving the internal teaching quality assurance system:perfecting the organizational structure and defining the responsibility of each institution;“abolishing,reforming,establishing and explaining”the documents well to ensure the effective operation of the quality assurance system;making good use of the big data to realize the close-loop smooth operation of the quality assurance system;building quality culture to improve the coordination of quality assurance system operation.
