摘要
CFD技术在电梯井道流场仿真中有广泛的应用,尤其多用于研究高速电梯运行过程中的运动稳定性。目前国内外电梯仿真模型多简化为无框架轿厢,因为结构简单容易仿真,但是简化为无框架模型对仿真结果的影响,尤其是气动特性的影响还需研究。通过采用CFD数值计算模拟方法,针对某电梯公司开发的6 m/s单井道高速电梯样梯,分别建立了三维有框架轿厢-对重仿真模型和三维无框架轿厢-对重仿真模型进行模拟对比。通过分析两种模型中电梯运动过程的气动特性发现,有框架的模型与无框架模型在气动特性上区别较小。
CFD technology is widely used in elevator well flow field simulation,especially in the study of the motion stability of high-speed elevator.At present,most elevator simulation models at home and abroad are simplified as frameless cage,because the structure is simple and easy to simulate,but the influence of the frameless model on simulation results,especially the influence of aerodynamic characteristics,needs to be studied.According to a elevator company s 6 m/s single well high-speed elevator sample,we established a three-dimensional framed car counter-weight model and a three-dimensional frameless car counter-weight model.Using CFD numerical simulation method to study the influence of frame structure on the aerodynamic characteristics of the car and the influence of elevator simplification on simulation results.By analyzing the aerodynamic characteristics of the elevator motion process in the two models,the difference of aerodynamic characteristics between the frame model and the frameless model is small.
