摘要
为了提高双线圈往复式电磁阀的动态响应速度,建立了双线圈电磁阀的数学模型,分析了几种双线圈电磁阀驱动电路的导通过程及续流过程。提出一种双线圈电磁阀的导通续流控制方法,将线圈电流转移或回馈提高电流泄放速度,缩短线圈电流下降时间。实验结果表明,与目前电磁阀驱动控制方法相比,提出的控制方法能明显提高电磁阀动作频率。
For improving the dynamic response speed of the on/off solenoid valve with double windings,the mathematical model of solenoid valve with double windings is established,and several solenoid valve drive circuits are analyzed in conducting process and continuous flow process.In this paper,a new control strategy of double windings solenoid valve is proposed.The coil current is transferred or fed back to improve the speed of energy release,shorten coil current drop time.The experimental results indicate that,compared with the current control method,the proposed control method can significantly improve the motion frequency of solenoid valve.
