根据ANP网络层次分析法的基本原理和方法,结合作战效能评估、武器装备体系能力评估、作战需求分析等方面的需要,建立具有网络结构的组合分析模型,提供对目标、影响因素、方案、关联关系进行可视化描述并科学决策的工具。将最优传递矩阵应用于专家评判过程,设计专家意见修正统一模块,避免专家打分过于主观。与超级决策软件superde cisions进行功能比较并通过典型实例进行研究,验证了ANP分析工具的实用性和合理性。

According to the basic principle and method of ANP network analytic hierarchy process.Combined with operational effectiveness evaluation,w eapon and equipment system capability evaluation,and operational demand analysis,a combined analy sis model with network structure is established.Providind tools for visualizing and making scientific decisions about goals,influenc ing factors,solutions,a nd relationships.The optimal transfer matrix is applied to the process of expert evaluation,a nd the unified module of expert opinion correction is designed to avoid the subjective evaluation.The utility and rationality of ANP analysis tool are verified by comparing the functions with superdecisions and studying through typical examples.
