摘要
“量子管理学”是将量子力学与管理学融为一体的新学科,其颠覆传统牛顿物理学对世界的影响,开启管理界在量子时代发展的新里程碑。该文结合护理临床工作,通过介绍牛顿世界与量子世界的区别,阐述范式与范式转换的概念,最终提出护理领导力范式转换的6个方向。希望护理领导者从传统的、等级的和专制的领导风格向量子领导力的范式转换。
Quantum management is a new discipline that integrates quantum mechanics and management.It subverts the impact of traditional Newtonian physics on the world and opens up a new milestone for the management community in the quantum age.The article combines nursing clinical work,through introducing the difference between Newton′s world and quantum world,expatiating the concept of paradigm and paradigm shift,and finally putting forward the six directions of nursing paradigm shift.To hope that nursing leader from traditional,hierarchical and autocratic leadership style paradigm shifts to quantum leadership.
