护理干预对健康体检人群中高血压患者血压水平影响的meta分析

A meta-analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients in healthy physical examination

目的通过meta分析系统评价护理干预对健康体检人群中高血压患者血压水平的影响。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)等中文数据库,选取符合纳入/排除标准、关于护理干预对体检人群中高血压患者血压水平影响的文献,通过STATA15.0统计软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入5项随机对照试验,涉及健康体检人群中高血压患者650例。实施护理干预控制的患者收缩压、舒张压效果明显优于常规护理(加权均数差:16.60、10.43,95%可信区间:14.48~18.73、8.70~12.16,P<0.05)。结论护理干预较常规护理而言能有效控制高血压患者血压水平,在健康体检过程中对检出的高血压患者应重视健康宣教、心理疏导等护理干预,以帮助患者控制血压,提高体检护理质量。

Objective To systematically evaluate the influence of nursing intervention on blood pressure of hypertension patients in physical examination by meta analysis.Methods Chinese databases such as CNKI,wanfang data knowledge service platform and VIP were searched to select literatures that met the inclusion/exclusion criteria and related to the effect of nursing intervention on the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients during physical examination.Statistical software STATA15.0 was adopted to analyzed the results.Results 5 randomized controlled trials were analyzed with 650 hypertension patients involved.The effect of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients under the control of nursing intervention was significantly better than those of conventional nursing(weighted mean difference:16.60,10.43,95%confidence interval:14.48-18.73,8.70-12.16,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively control the blood pressure level of hypertension patients compared with conventional nursing,in the process of health examination of hypertension patients should pay attention to health education,psychological counseling and other nursing intervention,to help patients control blood pressure,improve the quality of physical examination nursing.
