佳木斯健康操在抑郁症患者低动力症状康复护理中的应用研究

Study on the application of Jiamusi health exercise in the rehabilitation nursing of depressed patients with hypodynamic symptoms

目的探讨佳木斯健康操对抑郁症(MDD)患者低动力症状的影响。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月该院收治的200例MDD患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各100例。干预组进行佳木斯健康操锻炼,每周4次,每次50 min。对照组不进行任何锻炼。护理干预前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评价两组患者MDD症状及低动力症状。结果护理干预前,两组患者MDD症状和低动力症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过4周护理干预后,干预组患者的MDD症状和低动力症状的评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论佳木斯健康操可以有效改善MDD患者的MDD症状及低动力症状,可作为一种有效的辅助护理康复手段应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jiamusi exercise on the symptoms of low motivation in patients with depression(MDD).Methods The 200 MDD patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 100 cases each.The intervention group performed Jiamusi fitness exercises 4 times a week for 50 minutes each time.The control group did not get any exercise.Before and after nursing intervention,Hamilton depression scale was used to evaluate MDD symptoms and hypodynamic symptoms in the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in MDD symptom and low dynamic symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of nursing intervention,the scores of MDD symptoms and low dynamic symptoms in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion Jiamusi health exercise can effectively improve MDD symptoms and low dynamic symptoms of MDD patients,and can be used as an effective nursing rehabilitation means in clinical application.
