摘要
以地面复杂背景下低空弱小目标检测跟踪为背景,分别面向雷达和红外成像两种主要的探测手段,通过实验场景设计、基础数据采集、数据加工标注、评分规则制定以及典型测试算例等实验方法、技术手段和基准算法综合制备本测试基准,为"低慢小"目标检测跟踪算法研究,提供性能评测的统一基准。基准设计中综合考虑了探测场景的多样性、数据间的独立性、评判结果的唯一性和评分规则的科学性。
In order for the detection and tracking of LSS targets in the complex ground background, both radar and infrared imaging manners are respectively used to prepare this benchmark through experimental scene design, base data collection, data processing and marking, scoring rule formulation, typical test examples and other experimental methods, technical means and benchmark algorithms. It aims to provide a unified benchmark for performance evaluation of LSS target detection and tracking algorithm research. In the benchmark design, the diversity of detection scene, the independence of data, the uniqueness of evaluation results and the rationality of scoring rules are considered.
