FOCUS夫妻干预计划对妇科癌症患者及其配偶创伤后成长和自我效能感的影响

FOCUS Couple Intervention Program on the Post-Traumatic Growth and Self-Efficacy of Gyne­cological Cancer Patients and Spouses

目的探讨FOCUS夫妻干预计划对妇科癌症患者及其配偶创伤后成长和自我效能感的影响。方法便利抽样选择符合纳入标准的100例妇科癌症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各50例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受FOCUS夫妻干预计划,干预时长为2个月。比较干预前后两组患者及其配偶创伤后成长和自我效能感的变化情况。结果干预后,观察组患者及其配偶一般自我效能感量表和创伤后成长评定量表评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论FOCUS夫妻干预计划在妇科癌症患者中应用,有利于强化患者及其配偶获取信息和应对能力,提高自我效能感,促进患者及其配偶从疾病的创伤性事件中获得成长。

Objective To explore the effect of FOCUS intervention program on postiraumaiic growth and self-efficacy of gynecological cancer patients and spouses.Methods Totally 100 patients with gynecological cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing intervention.The patients in the experimental group received the husband and wife intervention plan of FOCUS,and the intervention lasted for 2 months.The changes of posttrau-matic growth and self-efficacy of two groups of patients and their spouses were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy scale and post-traumatic growth rating scale of patients and spouses in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusions FOCUS couple intervention program is applied to gyne­cological cancer patients,which is conducive to strengthening the ability of patients and their spouses to obtain information and response,improving their sense of self-efficacy,and promoting the growth of pa­tients and their spouses from the traumatic events of the disease.
