产妇神经质人格与产后创伤后应激障碍的相关性研究

Relationship between Maternal Neuroticism and Posttrauniatic Stress Disorder in Women after Postpartum

目的明确产妇产后创伤后应激障碍(posttraumatic stress disorder,PTSD)现状,分析产妇神经质人格与产后PTSD的关系。方法便利抽样选择2018年1-6月在西安市6所社区卫生服务站携婴幼儿接种疫苗或健康体检的726名产妇作为研究对象,采用创伤后应激障碍检查量表-平民版、大五人格问卷-神经质分量表及领悟社会支持量表对其进行调查并进行统计分析。结果产妇产后PTSD总条目均分为(1.79±1.21)分,PCL-C得分≥38分者68例,PTSD阳性筛查率为9.4%。产妇神经质人格与产后PTSD水平呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.05),分层回归分析显示,神经质人格能独立解释产后PTSD总变异的23.4%(F=15.783,P<0.05)。结论产妇产后有发生PTSD的可能,神经质人格与产后PTSD水平密切相关,神经质人格可以正向预测产后PTSD水平。

Objective To clarify the status of posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and analyze the relationship between neuroticism and PTSD.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate 726 delivery women after postpartum in 6 community health service stations in Xi’an city who carried infants for vaccination or health examination.They were surveyed by the Posttraumatic Stress Checklist-Civilian version(PCL-C),Five Factors Inventory Neuroticism Subscale(FFI-N)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results The average score per item of PTSD was(1.79±1.21).There were 68 women who scored over 38 for PCL-C.The positive rate of PTSD was 9.4%.Neuroticism was positively correlated with PTSD in women after postpartum(r=0.48,P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that neuroticism could independently explain 23.4%of the total variance of PTSD(F=15.783,P<0.05).Conclusions PTSD may occur in postpartum women.Neuroticism is closely related to the PTSD,and neuroticism can positively predict PTSD in women after postpartum.
