摘要
目的探讨肠内营养半固化间断喂养对降低危重患者肠内营养不耐受的效果。方法便利抽样选取2018年1月至2019年1月期间入住我院综合ICU并符合纳入标准的实施肠内营养的危重患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组的患者添加可溶性膳食纤维(果胶),使肠内营养达到半固化并给予间断喂养;对照组按常规持续喂养。比较两组患者肠内营养不耐受的发生率、肠内营养达标的时间及肠内营养期间腹腔压力的大小。结果观察组肠内营养喂养不耐受发生率、营养达标时间以及腹腔压力均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肠内营养半固化间断喂养更符合生理需求,能降低危重患者肠内营养不耐受的发生率、缩短肠内营养喂养达标的时间、降低喂养期间腹腔压力,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of enteral nutrition semi-curing intermittent feeding on reducing enteral nutrition intolerance in critically ill patients.Methods By convenience sampling method,critically ill patients admitted to the comprehensive 1CU of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 who met the inclusion criteria for enteral nutrition were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were added soluble dietary fiber(pectin)to achieve semi-curing enteral nutrition and given intermittent feeding.The control group was fed as usual»and the incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance,the time of enteral nutritional compliance,and the fluctuation of abdominal pressure during enteral nutritional period were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all 0.05).Conclusions Semi-curing intermittent enteral nutrition feeding is more consistent with physiological needs,which can reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance in critically ill patients,shorten the enteral nutrition feeding up to the standard time,reduce abdominal pressure during feeding.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
