结合珠蛋白基因多态性与HBV相关性肝细胞癌易感性的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Haptoglobin Gene Polymorphisms and Susceptibility to HBV-associated Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的:探讨HBV相关性肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinom,HCC)患者的结合珠蛋白(Haptoglobin,Hp)基因型及等位基因Hp1基因频率,分析其基因多态性与HBV-HCC的易感性之间的关系。方法:应用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)进行基因分型检测,分析Hp1-1、Hp2-1和Hp2-2基因型在HBV-HCC患者中的分布情况。计算等位基因Hp1及Hp2的分布频率。结果:HBV-HCC患者组HP1-1基因型频率为18.37%;健康人组Hp1-1基因型频率为7.69%。两组间Hp1-1基因型频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HBV-HCC组Hp1基因频率为37.76%,健康人组为25.00%,两者间差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hp1基因频率与HBV-HCC的易感性有一定的关系。

Objective To investigate the haptoglobin(Hp)genotype and allele Hp1 gene frequency in patients with HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to analyze The relationship between its genetic polymorphism and susceptibility to HBV-HCC.Method Sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP)was used for genotyping detection,and the distribution of Hp1-1,Hp2-1 and Hp2-2 genotypes in HBV-HCC patients was analyzed.The distribution frequencies of the alleles Hp1 and Hp2 were calculated.Results The frequency of HP1-1 genotype in the HBV-HCC patient group was 18.37%;the frequency of HP1-1 genotype in the healthy group was 7.69%.The difference in HP1-1 genotype frequency of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the frequency of HP1 gene was 37.76%in the HBV-HCC group and 25.00%in the healthy group.the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The frequency of Hp1 gene is related to the susceptibility of HBV-HCC.
