玻璃纤维桩在前牙残根残冠固定修复治疗中的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩在前牙残根残冠固定修复治疗的临床效果。方法:选取接受前牙残根残冠固定修复治疗的患者68例,随机分为研究组(34例)和参照组(34例)。在研究组中开展玻璃纤维桩残根残冠修复术,在参照组中开展常规金属桩残根残冠修复术,治疗完成后随访1年,对比分析两组修复齿出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、修复效果、临床治疗效果以及不良事件情况。结果:治疗完成后,研究组SBI、GI及不良事件发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组修复效果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于前牙残根残冠的治疗,开展玻璃纤维桩固定修复术可以明显改善牙龈状态,提升修复效果,而且安全性更好,具有应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glass fiber post in the treatment of residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth.Method 68 patients were randomly divided into study group(34 cases)and reference group(34 cases).In the study group,the glass fiber post residual root and crown restoration was carried out,and in the reference group,the conventional metal post residual root and crown restoration was carried out.After the treatment,the follow-up was 1 year.The two groups were compared and analyzed:the restoration tooth bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI),restoration effect,clinical treatment effect and adverse events.Results After the treatment,the incidence of SBI,GI and adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and the repair effect in the study group were higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth,fiberglass post fixation can significantly improve the gingival state,improve the effect of restoration,and have better safety and application value.
