下腔静脉滤器置入及介入溶栓治疗下肢静脉血栓

Inferior vena cava filter placement and interventional thrombolysis for lower extremity venous thrombosis

目的:探讨下腔静脉滤器置入及介入溶栓治疗下肢静脉血栓的疗效。方法:选择80例下肢静脉血栓患者为研究对象,试验组行下腔静脉滤器联合介入性溶栓治疗,共45例;对照组行常规抗凝、溶栓治疗,共35例;对比两组治疗效果、肺动脉栓塞(PE)状况。结果:对比两组治疗效果,试验组的总有效率为97.8%,对照组的总有效率为57.2%,试验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组PE状况,试验组PE发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下腔静脉滤器置入联合介入性溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓,效果显著,可以预防与降低肺栓塞的出现几率,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of inferior vena cava filter implantation and interventional thrombolytic therapy on lower extremity venous thrombosis.Method 80 patients with venous thrombosis of lower extremity were selected as the object of this study.The group of IVC filter combined with interventional thrombolytic therapy was classified as trial group(45 cases).The group of routine anticoagulant therapy and thrombolytic therapy were classified as control group(35 cases).The therapeutic effect and pulmonary embolism were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.8%in the experimental group and 57.2%in the control group.The incidence of PE in the experimental group was significantly experimental than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of PE in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower vena cava filter with interventional thrombolytic therapy is effective in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,which can prevent and reduce the occurrence rate of pulmonary embolism.It is worth popularizing.
