支气管哮喘患儿运用微信平台延续护理的效果评价

Effect evaluation of continuous nursing on children with bronchial asthma based on WeChat platform

目的:探讨基于微信平台的延续护理对支气管哮喘患儿的应用效果。方法:选取2013年4月~2017年6月扬州大学附属医院儿科收治的80例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组按传统护理随访模式出院时给予出院指导,出院后采用电话随访和家庭访视;观察组在对照组基础上采用基于微信平台的延续护理干预模式,观察两组患儿入组8个月后哮喘控制情况、治疗依从性、生活质量等指标的变化。结果:观察组患儿哮喘完全控制率明显高于对照组,未控制率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),哮喘部分控制率则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗依从性、生活质量方面明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延续护理有助于支气管哮喘患儿的病情控制,提高治疗依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on children with bronchial asthma.Method 80 cases of children with bronchial asthma were selected from April 2013 to June 2017 in our hospital as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group,the control group given discharge guidance according to the traditional nursing mode when discharged after discharge by telephone follow-up and family visit,The observation group adopted the continuing nursing intervention mode based on Wechat platform on the basis of the control group,the changes of two groups were observed discharge asthma control and treatment compliance and quality of life index after 8 months.Results The observation group with complete asthma control was higher than that of the control group,The wncontrolled rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),asthma control,two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment compliance and quality of life were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous care based on WeChat platform can help children with bronchial asthma disease control,improve treatment compliance and improve quality of life.
