摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀理念下的高仿真模拟教学对护理本科生人文关怀品质的影响。方法:选取60名2016级护理本科生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组30名。试验组采取基于人文关怀理念下的高仿真模拟教学,对照组采取传统的案例教学法。通过8周的高仿真模拟教学,采取护士人文关怀品质问卷对两组学生的人文关怀品质进行调查。结果:试验组学生的人文关怀品质总分及人文关怀理念、人文关怀能力、人文关怀知识、人文关怀感知得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人文关怀理念的高仿真模拟教学可以提高护理本科生的人文关怀品质。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of high-fidelity simulation teaching under humanistic care on humanistic care quality of undergraduate nursing students.Method Sixty undergraduate nursing students were recruited and were randomized into the control group and the intervention group,nursing students in the control group received traditional case teaching,while nursing students in intervention group received high-fidelity simulation teaching under humanistic care.The Nurses Humanistic Care Quality Questionnaires was utilized to investigate the two groups before and after the training.Results The total score of humanistic care quality and dimension score of conception,ability,knowledge and perception in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice of high-fidelity simulation teaching under humanistic care in medical nursing can improve on humanistic care quality of undergraduate nursing students.
