摘要
目的分析成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF2)、血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)表达水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)转移的相关性。方法选取2017年2月—2018年10月我院行手术治疗的105例NSCLC患者为研究对象,观察癌组织及癌旁组织FGF2、VEGFA阳性表达情况,评估其与临床病理特征的关系,并使用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析癌组织FGF2、VEGFA阳性表达水平与NSCLC淋巴结转移的相关性。结果NSCLC患者癌组织FGF2、VEGFA阳性率均高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。不同性别、年龄、组织学类型NSCLC患者癌组织FGF2、VEGFA阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高临床分期及伴淋巴结转移者癌组织FGF2、VEGFA阳性率高(P<0.01)。癌组织FGF2、VEGFA阳性表达水平对预测淋巴结转移均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中癌组织FGF2预测淋巴结转移的AUC为0.643,95%CI为0.521~0.764;癌组织VEGFA预测淋巴结转移的AUC为0.680,95%CI为0.563~0.797。结论FGF2、VEGFA均能辅助评估NSCLC发生、发展,且与淋巴结转移关系密切,可作为NSCLC诊疗新靶点。
Objective To analyze correlations between expressions of fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2)and vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)with metastasis of non-small-cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods A total of 105 patients NSCLC undergoing surgery during February 2017 and October 2018 were recruited in this study.Positive expressions of FGF2 and VEGFA in carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were observed,and their correlations with clinicopathological features were evaluated.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze correlations between positive expressions of FGF2 and VEGFA in cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis of NSCLC.Results Positive rates of FGF2 and VEGFA in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in positive rates of FGF2 and VEGFA in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients with different gender,age and histological types(P>0.05);however,positive rates of FGF2 and VEGFA significantly were higher in patients with high clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Positive expressions of FGF2 and VEGFA in cancer tissues were statistically significant for predicting lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Area under curve(AUC)and 95%CI of FGF2 cancer tissue in predicting lymph node metastasis were 0.643 and 0.521-0.764 respectively.The AUC and 95%CI of VEGFA cancer tissue in predicting lymph node metastasis were 0.680 and 0.563-0.797 respectively.Conclusion Both FGF2 and VEGFA can auxiliarily evaluate occurrence and development of NSCLC,and they are closely related to lymph node metastasis,which can be used as new targets for NSCLC diagnosis and treatment.
