家庭教养方式、自我和谐与孤独感的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章探讨大学生的孤独感与其家庭教养方式同自我和谐之间的关系。针对山西财贸职业技术学院250名大一、大二学生作为研究对象,采用UCLA孤独量表、父母教养方式评价量表和自我和谐量表为测量工具。收集数据并分析后得出结论:一是父母亲的情感温暖、理解都与孤独感呈现非常显著的负相关,父母的惩罚、严厉都与孤独感有非常显著的正相关;父亲的过度保护与孤独感呈现显著正相关;母亲的拒绝、否认与孤独感有显著正相关。二是自我与经验的不和谐、自我的刻板性与孤独感有显著正相关;自我的灵活性与孤独感有显著负相关;自我和谐总分与孤独感有非常显著的正相关。三是自我和谐程度的高低可以解释和预测孤独感的水平。 This study explored the relationship between loneliness level of college students and their family education style and self harmony.Aiming at 250 freshmen and sophomores in Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Finance and trade,UCLA Loneliness Scale,parenting style evaluation scale and self harmony scale were used as measurement tools.After data collection and analysis,we can get the following conclusions:Firstly,parents’ emotional warmth and understanding are negatively correlated with loneliness,parents’ punishment and severity are positively correlated with loneliness;fathers’ excessive protection and mothers’ rejection and denial are positively correlated with loneliness;Secondly,the disharmony between self and experience,the rigidity of self and loneliness are positively correlated;the flexibility of self is negatively correlated with loneliness;the total score of self harmony is positively correlated with loneliness.Thirdly,the level of self harmony can explain and predict the level of loneliness.
