积极心理资本视角下大学新生适应性教育研究——以安徽某大学为例

Freshmen Adaptability Education in Perspective of Positive Psychological Capital:A Case Study of a University in Anhui

以安徽省某高校603名大学新生为被试,采用《积极心理资本量表》《大学新生适应性量表》进行测量,运用相关分析和多元回归分析,探索地方高校大学新生积极心理品质与适应状况之间的关系。结果发现:积极心理资本对适应性总分及其五个因子均有明显的影响作用,积极心理资本及其四个因子对大学新生的适应性具有较强的预测作用。因此,有针对性地培养大学新生的积极心理品质,对大学新生更快、更好地适应大学具有良好的促进作用。

In this paper,603 freshmen from a university in Anhui Province were selected as the subjects.The scale of positive psychological capital and the scale of adaptability of freshmen were used to measure the relationship between positive psychological quality and adaptability of freshmen in local universities by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results show that positive psychological capital has an obvious effect on the total score of adaptability and its five factors.Positive psychological capital and its four factors have a strong predictive effect on the adaptability of university freshmen.Therefore,to cultivate the positive psychological quality of the freshmen has a good promoting effect on the freshmen to adapt to the University faster and better.
