红河州特色农产品出口现状、困境及对策

The Export Present Situation,Dilemma and Countermeasures of Characteristic Agricultural Products in Honghe Prefecture

作为云南农产品种植和生产大州,红河州水果、蔬菜种植面积都居云南省各州市的前列,推动了高原特色现代农业的发展。然而在农产品出口上却没能与这些优势相匹配,无论是企业还是政府相关部门都面临着很多困境和问题,未能有效地服务地方经济、带动农民增收和企业的发展壮大。在分析红河州农产品生产、出口现状及所面临困境的基础上,分别从企业和政府层面提出促进红河州农产品出口健康发展的对策建议。

As a large agricultural product planting and production area in Yunnan Province,Honghe Prefecture has the largest planting area of fruits and vegetables in Yunnan,which promotes the development of modern agriculture with plateau characteristics.However,the export of agricultural products does not match these advantages.Both enterprises and relevant government departments are facing many difficulties and problems,which can not effectively serve the local economy,promote the growth of farmers’ income and enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current situation and difficulties of agricultural products production and export in Honghe Prefecture,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the healthy development of agricultural products export in Honghe Prefecture from the perspective of enterprises and government.
