摘要
利用SolidWorks对某型号APU二级涡轮转子叶片进行等比例参数化简化建模,利用CFX软件对叶片进行温度场、流场仿真计算,将输出结果导入到稳态热模块(Steady-State Thermal)进行热分析,利用静力学模块(Statistic Structure)对涡轮转子叶片施加离心力,并进行流-热-固耦合分析。通过对叶片进行有预应力的模态分析,得到叶片的前6阶固有频率和振型。利用响应面法对参数化叶片进行优化,将最大等效应力和位移以及一、二阶模态变形的最大位移作为优化目标,得到更好的叶片构型。
A model of rotor blade on an APU two-stageturbine was established by Solidworks,in which parameters was simplified in equal proportion.The simulation calculations of temperature field and flow field of the blade were carried by CFX software.The results were put into a steady state thermal module and then under went thermal analysis.The centrifugal force was applied to a turbine blade through statistic structure module,and its results further underwent heat-fluid-solid coupling analysis.Natural frequencies and modes First 6 order of the blade were obtained through modal analysis of the pre-stressed blade.The parameterized blade was optimized using response surface method.Taking the maximum equivalent stress,displacement and the maximum displacement of the first and second order modal deformation as the optimization objective,a better blade configuration can be obtained.
