摘要 提出了一种基于铂电阻的温度测量电路,以铂电阻为温度传感器,通过恒流源供电、高精度模数转换的方式实现温度的测量。利用铂电阻线性的温度特性曲线和高分辨率的模数转换器件,实现了精确的温度测量;利用铂电阻感温范围广的特点,能实现大温度范围的测量。 A temperature measurement circuit based on platinum resistance is proposed. The platinum resistance is used as the temperature sensor to measure the temperature by constant current source and high-precision analog-to-digital conversion. By using the linear temperature characteristic curve of platinum resistance and high resolution analog-to-digital converter, accurate temperature measurement is realized,by using the wide temperature sensing range of platinum resistance, large temperature range measurement can be realized.
