摘要 针对华北油田开发进入后期,油田生产设施老化、工艺落后、原油处理能力过剩的现状,油田公司提出了实施整体功能整合与流程再造工程,配套"适用、实用、够用"的数字化建设、地面工程系统整体瘦身、升级、提效的构想,将冀中油区按照一个功能单元配置地面系统,实施低含水油输送。厂际由纯原油交接调整为含水20%原油计量交接,建立含水油计量交接标准体系,研究应用一套依法合规、公平公正、计量准确、操作简便的适于用含水原油油量自动计算的方法。 In view of the present situation of the late development stage of Huabei oilfield, such as the aging of production facilities, backward technology and excessive processing capacity, Huabei Oilfield Company has put forward the idea of integration in function and reengineering in process, to supporting the digital construction of "applicable, practical and sufficient", and the overall concept of thinning, upgrading and efficiency improvement in ground engineering system, and regard Jizhong oil region as one functional unit to configure ground system, in order to implements low water-cut oil transportation and adjusts the inter-factory measurement transfer from pure crude oil to 20% water-cut crude oil. It establishes a standard system for metering water-cut crude oil, studies and applies a set of automatic calculation methods suitable for water-cut crude oil, which are compliant according to law, fair and just, accurate in metering and simple in operation.
