秦山CANDU机组发电机引水管绝缘层裂纹故障处理

摘要 发电机在运行过程中,定子线棒因受电磁力的影响,将受到两倍工频的径向交变力的作用。如果定子绕组端部的固有频率在两倍工频附近,将会产生共振,长期运行会对定子线棒端部线圈、连接水管、绝缘层造成严重影响。本文论述了秦山CANDU机组发电机定子端部引水管绝缘层裂纹的现象、原因分析及处理过程,并对当前国外厂家针对发电机绕组端部的固有频率测量原理及方法进行了详细论述,对于解决发电机此类问题具有较高的参考价值。 During the operation of generator, the influence of the electromagnetic force of the stator bar will be affected by the radial alternating force at twice power frequency. If the natural frequency of the stator end winding is in the vicinity of 100 Hz, under the action of electromagnetic force, stator bar will vibrate in resonance,after long-term operation, it will have a serious impact on stator end winding, connecting water pipe, insulating laminate. This paper covers the phenomenon, analysis and pocessing procedures for the insulation crack of cooling water pipe, which is connecting with stator end winding of Qinshan CANDU Plant. And taking this as the breakthrough point, for the frequency response test of stator end winding,the principle and methods of foreign manufacturers are discussed in detail, it has a high reference value for solving similar problems of generator.
