摘要 为了切实推行燃煤发电机组引风机状态检修,某发电集团在原有发电设备故障预警系统基础上,开发出利用基于相似性理论的引风机状态检修系统。该系统融合相似性原理建模技术、智能诊断、可靠性为中心的维修SRCM分析和设备状态检修策略,介绍了引风机的状态检测、智能诊断的机理和检修策略制定,并举例引风机状态检修实际案例。 In order to achieve the goal of state-overhaul of induced draft fans in coal-fired units. A power generation Group developed a status-overhaul system of induced draft fans based on the similarity theory by exploiting the original Power equipments pre-warning system. This system includes modeling technology which is based on similarity theory, intelligent diagnosis, streamlined reliability centered maintenance(SRCM)analysis system, and the maintenance strategy.This paper introduces the state-overhaul of induced draft fans, a principle of intelligence diagnose system, develops the maintenance strategy. Lists an actual-cases about the state-overhaul of induced draft fans.
