改进型侧吹环保炉水套烧损原因及改造实践

摘要 针对某冶炼厂改进型侧吹环保炉试运行期间水套多次烧损的现象,分析了具体原因,结合企业实际提出了具体的改进和预防措施:严格进行精细配料,保证块率;安装了KQF系列全自动钠离子交换制水机,软化水质;提高操作管理水平等。改造后的水套在运行过程中未出现烧损事故,应用效果较好,延长了水套的使用寿命,确保了连续稳定生产,使日均处理量由110 t提高到165 t。 In view of the repeated burning loss of water sets during the trial of the improved side blowing environment-friendly furnace,the specific reasons are analyzed,and the specific improvement and preventive measures are put forward in combination with the actual enterprise: refined material blending is strictly implemented so that the block rate is ensured;KQF series fully automatic sodium ion exchange water generation machine is installed to soften the water quality;the operation management level is improved. After the renovation,the water set doesn’t incur any burning loss,indicating good application outcome,the water set service life is prolonged,the continuous steady production is ensured and the average daily production capacity is increased from 110 t to 165 t.
