PMMA/石墨烯复合材料的制备——基于“聚合物加工原理”的课程实践

摘要 以“聚合物加工原理”的课程实践为基础,以石墨烯为改性剂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)为增塑剂,通过原位聚合法制备PMMA/石墨烯复合材料;经FTIR、万能材料试验机、高电阻率测试仪和SEM对复合材料的结构与性能进行分析。结果表明:当添加不同含量的石墨烯时,复合材料的力学性能略有下降,但导电性能显著提升,当加入的石墨烯含量为0.67%时,复合材料的电导率达到了8.5×10^-11 S/cm,比未加入石墨烯改性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯提高了三个数量级。 PMMA/graphene composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization with graphene as modifier and DBP as plasticizer.Its molecular structure was tested by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.Testing its mechanical properties(tensile strength)using electronic universal material testing machine;Its electrical properties(conductivity and dielectric breakdown)were tested by high resistivity tester and DDJ-50 kV voltage breakdown tester.Scanning electron microscope was used to test the microsection.The experimental results showed that graphene could not effectively improve the mechanical properties of PMMA.When different contents of graphene were added,the mechanical properties of the materials decreased.The tensile strength of the PMMA composite after graphene modification was between 5 and 9 MPa.However,graphene can effectively improve the conductivity of PMMA.With the increase of graphene content,the electrical conductivity also increases.When the added graphene content is 0.67%,the conductivity of the composite material reaches 8.5×10^-11S/cm,which is three orders of magnitude higher than that of PMMA without graphene modification.
