摘要
光伏发电因安全、清洁而具优势,光伏逆变器是光伏发电的核心设备,因而受到广泛和深入的关注。研究了光伏逆变器LCL滤波器设计,采用两级非隔离拓扑结构,前级DC/DC变换器采用Boost升压斩波电路,后级DC/AC逆变桥采用三相桥式逆变电路,建立了数学模型,给出了LCL滤波器结构控制方案。阐述了LCL滤波器具体参数设计过程,运用MATLAB建立仿真模型,通过仿真测试,该逆变器产生的并网电压波形呈现正弦波形,曲线光滑无毛刺,符合国家电能质量标准,表明该LCL滤波器参数设计合理可靠,具有理论和实际应用价值。
Since solar photovoltaic power generation system has the advantages of safety and cleanliness,and photovoltaic inverter is the core equipment of photovoltaic power generation,it earns extensive and in-deep research.The paper mainly presents the design LCL filter of photovoltaic inverter.The two levels structure of non-isolation is adopted in the photovoltaic series inverters.Boost chopper circuit is used in the former DC/DC converter.And three-phase bridge inverter circuit is designed in the latter DC/AC inverter.The mathematical model and LCL filter structure control scheme are given.Then the design process of LCL filter parameters is presented.The simulation model is established by MATLAB.The simulation results show that the grid-connected voltage waveform generated by the inverter presents sinusoidal waveform,and the curve is smooth without burrs,which conforms to the national power quality standard.It shows that the design of LCL filter parameters is reasonable and correct,which has theoretical and practical application value.
