摘要
根据工程教育专业认证标准和要求,分析了当前高校机械类专业师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,提出了以专业认证为契机,对高校教师队伍的建设与管理进行改革与创新。通过保证教学连续与稳定、开展教师能力提升工程、强化教师对学生的指导等举措,探讨教师行为改进要求与考核对策,以期进一步提高工程教育人才培养的质量,顺利开展“新工科”建设。
According to the engineering education accreditation standards,the problems existing in the mechanical engineering teacher’s group of colleges and universities which is compatible with engineering education accreditation are analyzed.It is put forward that engineering education accreditation can be seen as an opportunity,reforming and innovating the construction and management of college teachers,carrying out teacher capacity improvement project,ensuring continuous and stable teaching,strengthening teachers’guidance to students,exploring the countermeasures for teacher behavior improvement and assessment,so as to improve the quality of engineering education personnel training and effectively promote the construction of emerging engineering.
