老年人肠内营养不耐受的影响因素分析

Study on the Influence Factors of Enteral Feeding Intolerance of Elderly Patients

目的探讨老年人肠内营养不耐受的影响因素。方法采集2017年3月—2019年1月期间在福建省立医院干部特诊一科住院、年龄>60岁、有使用补充性肠内营养制剂的患者,对入选患者均填写老年综合评估表及肠内营养情况监测表,使用社会科学统计软件包(Solutions Statistical Package for the Social Sciences,SPSS)软件建立数据库,分析肠内营养不耐受的影响因素。结果多因素回归分析显示:抗生素的使用、喂养途径、焦虑症、抑郁症、胃肠道手术史、消化系统基础疾病对肠内营养不耐受有影响(P<0.05)。结论对于老年患者,有必要在进行老年综合评估后,明确肠内营养不耐受的相关因素,及时采取相应措施,保证肠内营养的顺利进行。

Objective To investigate the influence factors of enteral feeding intolerance of elderly patients.Methods The patients who were over 60 years old with supplementary enteral nutrition from March 2017 to January 2019 in the cadre ward first department of Fujian Provincial Hospital were collected.Each patient was filled in the“comprehensive assessment of elderly patients”and“monitoring table of enteral nutrition”,established a datebase through SPSS to analyze the influence factors of enteral feeding intolerance.Results Multivariate analysis showed that the use of antibiotics,feeding route,anxiety disorder,depression,the history of gastrointestinal surgery,digestive diseases had an effect on feeding intolerance(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients,it is necessary to clarify the related factors of enteral nutrition intolerance after comprehensive assessment of elderly patients and take appropriate measures in time to ensure the progress of enteral nutrition.
