某装饰公司油漆接触人员血常规和血清生化指标分析

Analysis of Blood Routine and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Paint Contactors in a Decoration Company

目的探讨装饰公司油漆接触人员血常规和血清生化指标情况。方法选择2018年3月—2019年2月某装修公司油漆接触人员150人,设为接触组。接触组与未接触组均于体检当天空腹取静脉血3 mL,分别检测血常规、血清生化指标并比较。结果两组白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、尿素氮、肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);接触组Hb、TBIL、MCHC水平低于未接触组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接触组血小板水平、RBC、ALT、GGT、白蛋白及球蛋白水平均高于未接触组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论装饰公司员工长期油漆接触会对人体血红蛋白、肝功能水平产生明显的影响,应加强防护以改善健康水平。

Objective To investigate the blood routine and serum biochemical indexes of the paint contactors in decoration companies.Methods 150 paint contactors from the decoration company from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the contact group.On the day of physical examination,venous blood samples were taken from both the contact group and the non-contact group on an empty stomach.Blood routine and serum biochemical indexes were detected and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in leucocyte,neutrophil,lymphocyte,urea nitrogen and creatinine levels between the two groups(P>0.05);the levels of Hb,TBIL and MCHC in the contact group were lower than those in the non-contact group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of platelet,RBC,ALT,GGT,albumin and globulin of the contact group were higher than those in the non-contact group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term paint exposure of decoration company employees will have a significant impact on the level of human hemoglobin and liver function.Protection should be strengthened to improve health level.
