Factors Affecting Occupational Health of Lead Workers and Intervention Measures

目的分析职业健康教育对铅作业人群的干预效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年2月本市某企业的铅作业人群298名,对其进行健康教育,分析比较干预措施实施前后健康知识的知晓率和血铅变化情况。结果健康教育干预措施前,工人对健康知识的知晓率是51.68%,实施后,工人的知晓率是87.92%,对比可知铅作业人群健康知识的知晓率大幅升高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;干预前工人的血铅含量是(1.54±0.63)μmol/L,干预后的血铅含量是(1.10±0.52)μmol/L,对比可知,健康教育措施实施后,工人的血铅值有下降趋势,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论为铅作业人群进行健康教育,提升工人对健康教育的知晓率,在预防铅作业人群的职业性慢性铅中毒时,能够获得较为理想的效果。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of occupational health education on lead workers.Methods A total of 298 lead workers from an enterprise in the city from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected for health education.The awareness of health knowledge and blood lead changes before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results Before the health education intervention,the awareness rate of workers’knowledge of health was 51.68%.After the implementation,the awareness rate of workers was 87.92%.The knowledge awareness rate of health knowledge of lead workers after comparison was significantly increased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the blood lead level of workers before intervention was(1.54±0.63)μmol/L,and the blood lead level after intervention was(1.10±0.52)μmol/L.It can be seen that after the implementation of health education measures,workers’blood lead level had a downward trend,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Health education for lead workers can improve workers’awareness of health education,which can achieve better results in preventing occupational chronic lead poisoning in lead workers.
