重症急性胰腺炎腹腔感染的临床治疗探讨

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎腹腔感染的临床治疗方案及其效果。方法选择本院在2017年1月—2019年3月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者腹腔感染54例为对象,用单盲法将研究对象分成两组,各27例:用常规方案治疗对照组患者,而观察组患者在接受常规方案治疗的同时,给予腹腔清创和持续灌洗、肠内营养等方法治疗。分析两组患者的临床症状改善情况,监测其血清淀粉酶水平变化,根据其病情改善程度判断临床治疗效果,将两组的治疗总有效率进行比较。结果观察组的总有效率92.6%相较于对照组的70.4%高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论重症急性胰腺炎腹腔感染患者接受具有针对性的综合方案治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with abdominal infection and its effect.Methods 54 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The subjects were divided into two groups by single blind method,with 27 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine regimen,while the patients in the observation group were treated with routine regimen,were also given abdominal debridement,continuous lavage,nutrition and other treatment methods.Analyze the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients,monitor the changes of serum amylase levels,judge the clinical treatment effect based on the improvement of their condition,and compare the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.6%higher than that of the control group(70.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with severe acute pancreatitis with abdominal infection received targeted comprehensive treatment effect is significant.
