阿维A胶囊加用复方甘草酸苷对银屑病疗效及炎症影响

Effect of Acitretin Capsule Combined With Compound Glycyrrhizin on Psoriasis Effect and Inflammation

目的探究阿维A胶囊加用复方甘草酸苷对银屑病治疗效果及对患者机体炎症反应的影响。方法将2017年5月—2019年5月在本院接受治疗的86例银屑病患者设置为研究对象,采取随机抽签将其均分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组患者单纯接受阿维A胶囊的治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷,对比两组患者治疗有效率、安全性及治疗前后银屑病面积与严重性指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果(1)研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗前两组患者TNF-α、IL-6及PASI评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者TNF-α、IL-6、PASI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)研究组患者治疗中各类不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊加用复方甘草酸苷对银屑病具有较好的治疗效果,能够缓解患者机体炎症状态,同时治疗安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of acitretin capsule plus compound glycyrrhizin on psoriasis treatment and the inflammatory response of patients.Methods 86 patients with psoriasis who were treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into the study group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).Patients in the control group were treated with acitretin capsule alone.Patients in the study group were given compound on the basis of the control group.The treatment effective rate,safety,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score of psoriasis,serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)level were compared between two groups of patients.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The difference in TNF-αand IL-6,PASI scores between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the TNF-α,IL-6 and PASI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of various adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acitretin capsule plus complex glycyrrhizin has a good therapeutic effect on psoriasis,and can alleviate the inflammatory state of the patient's body,and the treatment is safe.
