化瘀通脉汤剂治疗冠心病心绞痛分析

Analysis on Treating Angina Pectoris With Huayu Tongmai Decoction

目的探究化瘀通脉汤剂对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法依据本院2018年1月—2019年1月所收治的冠心病心绞痛病患数共112例,按照入组时间分为对照组(常规西药)和治疗组(常规西药联合中药化瘀通脉汤),每组各56例,比较其疗效、安全性。结果治疗组有效率为96.43%,对照组为80.36%,治疗组高于对照组,P<0.05,统计学有差异性。对照组不良反应率为3.57%,治疗组为1.79%。比较两组药物不良反应,无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论中药化瘀通脉汤联合西药对冠心病心绞痛具有理想的治疗效果,并且药物起效快、药效持久、安全性高,能够有效缓解临床病症。

Objective To explore the effect of Huayu Tongmai decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 112 patients from January 2018 to January 2019 with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group(conventional western medicine)and treatment group(conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Huayu Tongmai decoction),56 people in each group.The efficacy and safety were compared.Results The effective rate was 96.43%in the treatment group and 80.36%in the control group,which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,P>0.05,there were differences in statistics.The adverse reaction rate was 3.57%in the control group and 1.79%in the treatment group.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Huayu Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine has an ideal therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease angina pectoris,and the medicine has quick effect,lasting effect,high safety,and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms.
