中医辨证治疗小儿肺炎的效果分析

目的对小儿肺炎实施中医辨证治疗的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月我院收治的小儿肺炎的患儿90例作为本次研究的对象,通过数字表法将患儿划分为西医治疗组和中医辨证治疗组,每组各有45例,分别采用西医和中医辨证治疗的方式对两组进行治疗。分析和比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果在总有效率方面,中医辨证治疗组与西医治疗组相比明显更高,经过检验,两组比较,P<0.05。在症状消失时间方面,中医辨证治疗组与西医治疗组相比明显更短,经过检验,两组比较,P<0.05。结论采用中医辨证治疗的方式治疗小儿肺炎具有十分显著的效果,并且可以有效缓解患儿的临床症状。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled as subjects in this study.The children were divided into Western medicine treatment groups and TCM syndrome differentiation treatment group by digital table method.There were 45 cases in each group,and the two groups were treated by Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation separately.Analyze and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of children.Results In terms of total effective rate,the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment group was significantly higher than the Western medicine treatment group.After testing,the two groups were compared,P<0.05.In terms of the time of symptom disappearance,the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment group was significantly shorter than the Western medicine treatment group,and the two groups were compared P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of pediatric pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation has a very significant effect and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children.
