Application of Quality Management Tools in Equipment Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨消毒供应中心设备管理中质量管理工具的应用。方法回顾性分析已实施PDCA循环管理的消毒供应中心设备管理情况(2018年1月—12月)为此次研究的研究组;另选未实施PDCA循环管理的消毒供应中心设备管理情况(2016年1月—12月)为此次研究的对照组;对比两组的消毒供应中心设备管理质量。结果研究组的环境管理评分、医疗器械管理评分、清洗消毒质量评分、包装质量评分分别为(95.65±6.85)分、(96.15±7.40)分、(97.85±7.60)分、(98.05±7.85)分,均更高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在消毒供应中心设备管理中应用PDCA循环管理干预,可以提高中心设备管理质量,防止院内感染的发生,以有效保障就诊患者的生命安全。

Objective To discuss the application of quality management tools in equipment management of disinfection supply center.Methods The equipment management of disinfection supply center which had been implemented PDCA cycle management from January to December 2018 was analyzed retrospectively.The equipment management of disinfection supply center without PDCA cycle management from January to December 2016 was taken as the control group.The quality of department work in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The environmental management score,medical device management score,cleaning and disinfection quality score and packaging quality score of the study group were(95.65±6.85)points,(96.15±7.40)points,(97.85±7.60)points and(98.05±7.85)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the management of disinfection and supply center equipment can improve the management quality of the central equipment and prevent the occurrence of in-hospital infection,so as to effectively guarantee the life safety of the patients.
