Objective To study the effect of extended nursing in life intervention of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 68 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the hospital were selected as the research objectives. They were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the research group(34 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the research group was given extended nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Take the discharge as the time node, observe the compliance behavior of the two groups before and half year after discharge,it was found that the scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were similar, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention, the research group score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observing the quality of life of the two groups before and half year after discharge,it was found that the scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were similar, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention, the research group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing has a good effect in the life intervention of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. It can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients and improve their quality of life.
