大黄、芒硝外敷缓解剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的应用效果

Application Effect of Rhubarb and Glauber’s Salt on the Incision Fat Liquefaction After Delayed Anatomy

目的探讨大黄、芒硝外敷对剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的缓解作用。方法随机选取80例于2015年12月—2017年12月间在本院接受治疗的剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化患者为研究对象,根据护理手段分成对照和观察组。对照组接受常规护理,红外线灯照术口和术口换药,观察组在对照组基础上加用大黄、芒硝外敷方案,进行两组护理成效的对比。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分为(4.5±0.4)分,渗液停止时间为(4.2±0.5)d,切口愈合时间为(6.0±1.2)d,与对照组相比,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄、芒硝外敷在剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的护理中应用价值明显。

Objective To investigate the alleviation effect of rhubarb and mirabilite topical application on incision fat liquefaction after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 patients with incisional fat liquefaction after cesarean section who were treated in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the nursing methods.The control group was received routine care,the infrared lamp was used to care the operative incision and the operative incision was changed dressings.The observation group was supplemented with rhubarb and glauber's salt external application on the basis of the control group The nursing effect between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score were higher in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the observation group was(4.5±0.4)points,the excretion stop time was(4.2±0.5)d,the incision healing time was(6.0±1.2)d,compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of rhubarb and mirabilite in nursing care of incision fat liquefaction after cesarean section is obvious.
