产教融合背景下应用型高校校企合作人才培养探讨——以物流管理专业为例

Talent Training by College-Enterprise Cooperation in Applied Universities under the Background of Integration between Industry and Education:Taking Logistics Management Major as an Example

产教融合是应用型本科高校转型发展的基本方向。应用型高校物流管理专业具有较为丰富的校企合作人才培养实践经验,形成了人才培养与输出、教学资源共享和平台共建等模式。通过剖析校企合作人才培养模式现状以及面临的法规缺失、制度缺失和内容不完善等产教融合困境,从合作路径、合作平台和政府导向等三个方面构建优化路径,并提出了促进产教融合的改革措施。

Integration between industry and education is the basic direction of the transformation and development of applied undergraduate universities.Logistics Management Major in applied universities has rich practice experience of training talents by college-enterprise cooperation,and has formed such modes as training and exporting talents,sharing teaching resources and building platforms together.By analyzing the current situation of talent training modes by college-enterprise cooperation and the dilemma of integration between industry and education,such as the lack of laws and regulations,the lack of system and the imperfection of content,the optimization paths are constructed from three aspects including cooperation path,cooperation platform and government orientation,and reform measures are put forward to promote the integration between industry and education.
